Project Description
Different types of fuels (summer diesel, winter diesel and especially biodiesel) have different allowable amounts. Explains this difference in fuel volume measurement when using capacitive fuel sensors. To take these differences into account, DUT-E 2Bio differential fuel level sensors have been developed.
The DUT-E 2Bio has three measuring electrodes that allow the sensor to automatically detect different types of fuel. Advantages of DUT-E 2Bio Differential Fuel Level Sensor:
Automatically detects changes in fuel composition with a predefined pattern
Automatic correction and accurate fuel measurement
Detects the volume of tank filling and discharge of fuel
Identifies fuel composition and indirectly evaluates fuel quality
New! Automatic detection of fuel type in the fuel tank, where the sensor is installed.
The DUT-E 2Bio is used as part of a GPS tracking system, telecommunications and fuel system, or as an alternative to the vehicle FLS standard.
Fuel type change detection
The DUT-E 2Bio third measuring electrode ensures automatic detection of fuel type changes. Automatic fuel type detection makes the DUT-E 2Bio useful to prevent misuse or theft of various types of refilled fuel in the fuel tank.
Uses S6 technology
The CAN / S6 DUT-E 2Bio interface allows a maximum of 8 sensors to be connected to a single network, along with other S6-compatible equipment. The data protocol is shared, data transfer and power supply of all units is done through a single cable.
Based on the new IoT Burger technology
IoT technology turns the DUT-E 2Bio into a smart sensor that can process and analyze fuel level data before sending it to the GPS tracking unit. This includes temperature correction, signal filtration and linearization, automatic detection of sensor operation. Data filtering allows you to get clear and accurate information about the volume of fuel remaining in the tank, refueling and draining fuel from the tank. Self-diagnosis makes it possible to detect errors when injecting and configuring, and to select the appropriate method to solve the problem before the sensor comes out of the fuel tank.
