PQ series

The “PQ” series fixed detectors are designed and developed for harsh industrial conditions to continuously measure combustible, toxic, suffocating and VOC gases in the environment.

Easy to use and safe
OLED display: Large, clear and transparent 128×64 display indicates gas level, detector status and is easily visible in dark places and at different angles
Non-intrusive calibration: Zero and aperture calibration can be performed by an operator using magnetic switches without opening the door in the hazardous area.
Login: Saves all alert, error and maintenance events to 250 blogs to provide tracker history. It also protects data thanks to its built-in battery
• Monitoring: Gas concentration trend in the last 8 hours can be controlled on the OLED screen because it is recording measurement data
Remote control: PQ up to 15 meters offers remote control option for applications that specifically require separate sensor and transmitter locations. In addition, the status of the detector can be controlled remotely through Prosense Gas Monitoring software.
Magnetic control: Many settings can be adjusted using the magnetic key.

Easy maintenance and simple installation
• Check: Relay contacts can be easily enabled or disabled via a user-friendly PQD menu
Simulation: 4-20mA analog output can be simulated in different values for test purposes even if the target gas is not present in the environment.
Analog values: Fault, Warm-up, Calibration, Inhibit and Overrange values are adjustable.
• Address: Modbus addresses can be set in the tracker menu. No need to switch the CPU address anymore.
Calibration: Reminds the user of the calibration assurance time to ensure that the sensors are always active and accurate
• Relays: Alarm level and related parameters are fully adjustable through tracker software.
• Sensor replacement: Allows you to replace the sensor with a pre-calibrated sensor head for easy maintenance.
Modbus: PQ can be easily integrated into SCADA systems via Modbus RS485 (RTU) open source code.

Reliability
• Bump Test: Detector status can be checked periodically. Make sure the sensors respond to their target gas and the alarms work
• Calibration Warning: Reminds the user at the time of calibration by giving a Fault
• Wide range sensors: High quality PID, Pellistor, Electrochemical, Infrared, PQ semiconductor used provide excellent output for the target gas.
